3 Things Women Definitely Want From Men
A woman can say a lot with her silence while sometimes a man can talk for hours yet say nothing. You need to listen very carefully to figure out what your girl is trying to say. It is not rocket science, its just that you need to be sensitive to her. Here are a few things that women look for in men. Read on and you will probably understand her better...
Be honest and credible
Honesty is something that is extremely important for a woman. You have to be brave enough to own up everything. If she ever caught you lying she wouldn't forgive you easily. But if you faltered and still confessed to her honestly you can stand a chance. She has to be able to believe you and trust you implicitly. It means a lot to her. A woman looks for a partner who she can rely on.
Hear her out
If you are looking for a steady relationship you need to enhance your listening skills. Lend an ear to her problems; you don't need to give solutions all the time. She is not looking for answers; she just needs someone who can listen to her, rants without being judgmental, without being critical of her comments. Allow her to create an emotional bond with you.
Grow-up
Women mature faster than men, we all know that. But expecting the woman to mother you all your life is not what she would like. She needs an anchor too. She needs her man to be matured, calm, composed, and in control. Show her that you can face your fears and you do not need to run away from them. Impulsive is fine sometimes but show that you can take calculated risks as well. A woman loves it if she knows she can lean on her man and it is not the other way round.

Arsenal can afford Rooney, says chief executive Gazidis
The Gunners honcho has revealed that the north London club are in a strong financial position to sign the Manchester United forward, who has asked to leave Old Trafford
Arsenal chief executive Ivan Gazidis has added fuel to the speculation linking Wayne Rooney with a move to the Emirates Stadium, revealing that the Gunners have the financial power to attract the 27-year-old.
Arsene Wenger has already confided that it would been hard not to bid for the striker should he become available, while Goal revealed on Tuesday that Rooney was open to a move to north London.
ROONEY LATEST
8/1Wayne Rooney is 8/1 with Coral to join Arsenal
And now Gazidis has put more more weight behind any move for the England international, saying that Rooney's likely transfer cost and wage demands would be well within Arsenal's budget.
When asked if the Gunners could afford a £20 million deal, plus £200,00-a-week wage, Gazidis told reporters: "Of course we could do that. We could do more than that.
"We have a certain amount which we've held in reserve. We also have new revenue streams coming on board and all of these things mean we can do some things which would excite you.
"If Arsene thinks signing big names is the right thing to do, yes. The fact is this year we are beginning to see something we have been planning for some time, which is the escalation in our financial firepower.
"We can look at some options that weren't really in our financial capability. It's a progression over the next two seasons. It's quite significant for the club."
While Gazidis refused to name any transfer targets - despite Goal revealing the Gunners have triggered Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini's £22m release clause - he believes Arsenal's ambition can see them emulate Champions League winners Bayern Munich.
"We should be able to compete at a level like a club such as Bayern Munich. I'm not saying we are there by any means, we have a way to go before we can put ourselves on that level," Gazidis continued.
"I think we are an extraordinarily ambitious club.
"This whole journey for the past ten years has been about putting us up with the best in the world and now the question is turning that platform now into on-field success."

American Bank Offers $1M To Anyone Able To Solve This Mathematical Equation
The Providence, Rhode Island-based American Mathematical Society (AMS) on Tuesday said $1 million will be awarded for the publication of a solution to the Beal Conjecture number theory problem.
Dallas banker D. Andrew Beal first offered the Beal Prize in 1997 for $5,000. Over the years, the amount has grown.
AMS spokesman Michael Breen says a solution is more difficult than the one for a related problem – Fermat's Last Theorem – which didn't have a published solution for hundreds of years.
Mr Beal is a self-taught mathematician and founder of the Beal Prize. He says he wants to inspire young people to pursue math and science.
An AMS-appointed committee will award this prize for either a proof of, or a counterexample to, the Beal Conjecture, published in a refereed and respected mathematics publication.
The prize money is being held in trust by the AMS until it is awarded.
Income from the prize fund is used to support the annual Erdős Memorial Lecture and other activities of the Society.
According to the AMS website, the $1million prize will be awarded to anyone who can solve and fulfill the following:
Quote
If Ax + By = Cz , where A, B, C, x, y and z are positive integers and x, y and z are all greater than 2, then A, B and C must have a common prime factor.
The administration of the Beal Prize is overseen by a Beal Prize Committee (BPC) to be appointed by the President of the AMS.
The formal charge of the BPC and the 'Procedures for Determination of an Award of the Beal Prize' are subject to the review and approval by the Council of the AMS.
The Beal Prize Fund is held as a restricted asset of the American Mathematical Society (AMS), with US$1,000,000 to be awarded if, in the judgment of the BPC, the conjecture is proved or a counterexample is presented.
A proposed solution of the Beal Prize Problem may not be submitted directly to the AMS, or to the Beal Prize Committee, or to Mr Beal. Unpublished manuscripts will not be considered.
The BPC will consider a proposed solution if it is a complete mathematical solution of the Beal Prize Problem. Before consideration, a proposed solution (the 'Work') must be published in a refereed mathematics publication which is respected and, in the opinion of the BPC, maintains the highest editorial standards (or published in another form as the BPC decides may qualify).
In the case of a counterexample, the proposed solution will be subject to independent verification. Upon publication, the author(s) of the Work should notify the AMS and the BPC.
The Work must be widely accepted by the mathematics community following a two-year waiting period after publication.
In the case of a counterexample, that recognition and acceptance by the community may happen much sooner.
Following the waiting period, the BPC will decide whether the Work merits detailed evaluation.
If the Work is to receive detailed evaluation, the BPC and the AMS will identify at least two experts who can verify the correctness of the Work and who are not members of the BPC to assist in the evaluation.
Upon completion of the evaluation, if the BPC can make a clear decision, it may award the prize and determine attribution of credit for a solution.
Alex Amosu's N290m Drink: I Can't Buy It - Peter Okoye, Please Give Him One -
Peter Okoye, one of the P-Square duo could not believe this; he had to comment about it on social media. He said,
"May this champagne never 'CHOP MY MONEY' IJN. This time, I really care. So that's like N50million per glass. Ladies, are you with me?"
For the famous Peter to say that, then you know there is Gobe… or not. Alexander Amosu saw his comments and asked the brand dealers to deliver one to him immediately! He wrote; Too much Money...
It really does pay to be a celebrity, doesn't it. Won't mind a bottle of that too…

Tina Of Mary Mary Caught Her Husband In Bed With Her Friend
The 39 year old singer stated that her husband cheated on her with a family friend.Tina Campbell is the one with the coloured hair.
Unable to contain it anymore, she posted this on Facebook yesterday:
Hi fans and friends. It's Tina. I hope all of you are well and I thank you for all the love and support you've shown my sister and I over the years.
Well, Im actually writing you on behalf of my husband Teddy and I. I'm assuming that many of you have seen or heard about our article in Ebony that discussed the challenges of overcoming infidelity in our marriage. Well since the article, the challenges have worsened. My hope turned into hopelessness & despair and I became unwilling to forgive and fight, until God showed me myself.

I'm in Love with Two Men at Once.. My Boyfriend and My Ex
I'm 26 and my boyfriend's 27. We've been together on and off for the best part of a year. He is sensitive, romantic, exciting and passionate but I've twice broken with him because of my feelings for my ex.
I was with my ex for almost three years. I was completely in love with him but we began arguing more and communicating less. It got to the point we were fighting all the time. I felt detached from him and started developing feelings for the guy who is now my boyfriend.
We met at the gym and started going for runs together. We got on so well that I realised how serious this was and decided to keep my distance. What I thought was just a harmless crush was taking me away from my relationship - I was cheating emotionally.
But the more I tried, the worse it got. I wanted to be close to him. The guilt was driving me crazy. One night this guy told me I was everything he wanted in a girl. I burst into tears and told him I thought about him all the time.
I could no longer hide behind the self-denial and I broke up with my ex. I have a brilliant time with my new guy. We've an amazing physical chemistry and get along great, but I can't help but miss my ex terribly. I wonder if I made a mistake by ending our relationship prematurely.
My ex is still madly in love with me and would do anything to get me back, but I have no desire to be intimate with him whatsoever. I don't fancy having to work hard in therapy in order to fall back in love with him again, but did I dump him too soon? It's a pattern for me that I give up on relationships at the three-year mark.
Suggestions:
The fact that you've stopped fancying your ex and don't want sex with him is a pretty clear indicator that it isn't working for you any longer.
Accept that you'll have to manage without the security blanket he's provided and end it cleanly and firmly once and for all. There may be things you'll miss about him but you know now they're not enough to make the relationship work.
If you realise you have a pattern that could jeopardise this relationship in three years' time, it's worth having some counselling to understand what it's about, but set your ex free to move on with his life.
